My Name edit of https://vgcollect.com/item/109978 as a “Reissue” was rejected. All I know about this entry is that it was released by a Taiwan publisher. Should it be suffixed with “[CN]“? Many of SquareSoft’s soundtracks are reissued years later. As an example, Square-Enix reissued this on Mar 24, 2006 (SQEX 10068~9, 4988601460453, not currently in our database).
