I deleted my Facebook and Twitter accounts because of the lies and censorship.

To seek the truth, I use the Wall Street Journal, Brietbart News, Fox Business News, NHK World, and common sense & logic.

For levity in these trying times, I watch “The Greg Gutfeld Show” on Fox News and read “Stilton’s Place” blog at http://stiltonsplace.blogspot.com/

This is all that is required to stay informed and “connected”.

LOL, now THIS is some funny shit.

Back on topic- I just unfollow people if the spam too much nonsense, or spew idiotic rhetoric. We can still be friends, but it won't show up on my feed. This is for facebook. Techically I have a twitter, but I haven't logged in since the day I made the account.

I would not expect Breitbart to be associated with common sense or logic in any capacity lol

Oof. We're almost a month late for April Fool's.  :o

I have FB and Twitter. I use FB to wish friends a Happy Birthday and not much else. I have zero desire to post because I think my personal life isn't worth posting about and I'd rather not have Schmuckerberg monetize me anymore than he has already. While I have a Twitter handle, I've never once tweeted anything.

Forums like this are a version of social media in a way. In the late 90's/early 2000's I was neck-deep on some forums and they kind of burned me out so when MySpace and then FB rolled around, I was less than enthused. I won't delete FB as it's the only way I'm able to keep in touch with people I've known for 30-35 years now.  :P

Never got into Instagram or SnapChat and there's no universe where I'm using TikTok.

An association was not made in the post.

Common sense and logic should be used for any news website and aggregate.

I'm just gonna make a broad statement about how there really is no common sense in regards to how one should perceive current events of the world. Reality is actually way too complex for any one take to be the "common sense" answer. Let's face it, we all prefer to digest information in a way that confirms our biases and ideals. Social media puts everyone, polarizing views and all, together in one tightly closed jar. The reality seems to be we don't like one another's opinions very well, and find it difficult to tolerate, much less respect them.

Social media would not be a good thing for me to engage in. I would quickly make a lot of enemies, because I am quite opinionated and have more than a few bones to pick and whenever I say what I think, more often than not it ruffles feathers. As far as ads, they drive me crazy. Ads won't sell me on anything, it's a lost cause and now that smaller content creators and individuals are using them to generate personal income, I'm feeling resentment at them personally for selling the ad space, senselessly tormenting me for peanuts in revenue. Online ads are a cruel thing. Just make content exclusive to those who want to pay for it, if you feel you are selling a product and trying to make a living with it.

To clarify: I'm saying that those who wish to apply "common sense and logic" would not associate Breitbart with any semblance of truth.

In other words: might as well stare at a blank sheet of printer paper; you'd spend a lot less energy trying to get anything useful out of a news outlet like Breitbart with logic and common sense, but that's just me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I still use Instagram and that's all. I have found cool service for Instagram promotion here and with their help I got over 1000 followers. They offer free trial tool. I can't imagine my life without Istagram anymore.

Facebook is better than Twitter because at least with Facebook you can only see what do you want instead of everything like Twitter.

So, I only have Twitter because people that I like are there and I actually like Facebook.

Instagram is only for watch porn.
I always have problems learning English, but I still love to talk a lot, I need no reason to be kind, after everything I have gone through I found a little peace.

This is the only social media I use, if it could even be called that.

I made a phony Facebook account years ago to get an achievement on a windows phone game called Make it Rain. The account just sits there now. I never used it for anything else.

Never had social media and it'll stay that way until the day I die. YouTube is the only online platform in which I invested a modest amount of time, but I abandoned it many, many years ago. Just another cesspool of a place...

Social media is quite possibly one of the worst things to have ever happened in modern society.
