Random Item

Added a feature to allow you to select an item in the database at random. Also in the header navigation.

Any way to give the option to make it select a random item in the user's own database once logged in?  Would be kinda nice when looking to select a random game to play and check off from the backlog

Random in collection would be nice. I just did a test run to see how many times I had to click the random item link to find an item that had a 1 for "Your Stuff" (meaning in collection) and I still haven't seen it show me something I have. If we did have a random in collection option, I would use it to determine what to play next as part of 52 Games Challenge, rather than using the text based list I have at home. Or also perhaps random based on "backlog" user list.

Took me 16 times to get something in my collection.

An additional 31 times to get another.

lol another 47 to get a 3rd one.  I'm afraid it'll keep growing if I keep going.

So like 3/100 for me.
