Gunstar Heroes is tiiiiiiight. I haven't had this much explosive fun since Contra.

Treasure was founded by some ex-Konami guys who I'm pretty sure worked on Contra III: The Alien Wars. The "DNA" between the two games is pretty similar.

It's almost overwhelming (in a good way) how many options opened up to me with the Genesis Mini. We never had a Sega console growing up. So, other than dabbling in Sonic at a friend's or cousin's house, I didn't get to experience all of this fun.

Get on that Gunstar Heroes right now.

Save states are a huge part of why I consider dumping my retro collection and just going the emu/classic route.

Ya know, it really wouldn't hurt if Limted Run would put a game description in the details page instead of assuming that you already know, or will go research the title yourself. It could probably help to boost pre-orders that way.

Doesn’t LRG basically sell through most of their titles in the pre-order stage anyway?

Man, I think I'm a legit video game reviewer now. I received some *ahem* colorful comments from a user with the email address of f***you@gmail.com. The comments weren't very nice, obvi.

I got a good laugh from them. I'd post them here, but the language would probably get marked for moderation.
