Cartridge only

Ive tryed to get a answer in another topic, but ill try it here now.

If i have only the cartridge of a game, can i put the scan on the 1st spot (front box)? I see some in the database that have that, and some not.

Technically speaking, no. There are exceptions however. Games that didn't have a box would be acceptable, such as certain pack-in games, etc.

My suggestion in the other thread was on spot 1 and 3 the scan of the cart. I dont know how admins feel about that, so i ask before adding them.

For PC games.

For games that were released as cart or disc-only (stuff like Super Mario / Duck Hunt, or this) the media alone is fine.

Hey OP,

Please don't start doing that.  99% of games were released in a box/case of some sort.  I got out of my way to find the box art on the net. 

If you only have the cart of the game, just add that to the "comments" section of the game when you add it to your collection.  That's what I do.
