The game's called "Driver 2." "The Wheelman is Back" is the game's promo tagline, it's not part of the title. It's not present in the disc art or the copyright / trademark info in the game's US artwork. On the other hand, the EU release does have that title because "Back on the Streets" is present in all images of the logo.
