Not really sure if it is a dupe or not, since there are slight differences between the front covers.
It isn't a dupe, it definately is a label variation. Now how to properly classify it... In these times I head on over to Ebay and look for games with actual photos (not stock) to see if the photos are correct. I feel that it is fine to use a stock photo on an item entry as long as that stock photo is correct, such as with 28473.
You can see that the newer entry does actually exist, as you can see here:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/321376151631Which is (currently) the only sealed copy of this game. If you look closely, you can see there is another label under it. Now the real question is, is that label on the outside of the sealed wrap or on the game case or cover?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/261568965680So what needs to be done is that 63935 should be edited to indicate it is a label variation... and to leave that pending for now until it can be determined WHERE the black sticker is. Because if it is NOT on the outer plastic wrap of a sealed game, it would mean there is a 3rd label variation where the black label is not present but the green and silver logo that is printed on the manual is.
