Style question - Genesis cardboard box re-release

I was just going through my collection and noticed my copy of Championship Pro-Am does not match the one pictured. The one I have is the re-release in the cardboard box. You can read about it here:

I searched and did not see any other of those cardboard box games in the database already, so I don't know how to add the item.
