I need to make an EU PSN account. What country should I use?

I need to make a European PSN account to redeem some DLC codes and maybe get some EU exclusives. Which EU country should I make it under to get the best prices and sales? I was mainly thinking that the UK would be the best idea, but with the Euro declining, I think that maybe a Eurozone store might be a better option. What EU store will give me both the best prices and best selection?
My collection doesn't include my Steam or PSN games, just physical games.

I'm no expert, but I think the Euro is going to continue to fluctuate.  I'm not sure how this affects prices on the store or if they have separate pricing tiers depending on country.  I'm also not sure that there are different games available for different countries, or if they are all just under the SCEE umbrella.  The UK would be a safe bet, but I would avoid countries where there are a lot of games censored such as Germany.
