Geezus this is ridiculous I just read through all the op posts the amount of work he's thrown into this is astounding. I could make the entire model for the pip-boy but there is no way in hell id be able to do all the board and coding work he's putting into this...

Unfortunately I do not believe he can get all the components he is after into this I reread some of his posts and he states that some of his boards have a really tight clearance, half a mm (millimeter) at some places. why I believe the setup will not work Is because of tolerance stack-ups for the internals of the device would be more than the half a mm. especially if it is 3d printed (although he picked the best method for what he needs done). at worst case scenario on the max material side he will have to spend hours and hours hand filling down the internals just to get things to fit (with the possibility of breaking it) and that's assuming his mounting holes for the boards are perfectly centered where they need to be (they can be + or - 0.5mm very easily).
For people who use English units (like myself) half a millimeter is ~.0197 inches or ~1/51 of an inch which is smaller than the smallest increment of a ruler
