Preorder? What, did this company order a bunch during the presale so they could resell them? (without the digital download code too by the looks of it) Gaijinworks shipped to Canada too during the presale, shady reselling like this isn't necessary.

I guess it's alright then if Gaijinworks is fine with it, but it doesn't explain why they don't seem to come with the codes.
