96995 and 96996 yes.
25829 is the Headphone bundle version
91175 is the standalone version

However, 25829 that artwork is for a box. I do not know if the case itself has that label or if it looks like the artwork shown on 91175. I also do not know if it was sold in a stand-alone configuration, but since you can buy it online (such as TRU) by itself, it may actually have been released separately.

I remember there being a headset bundled release back from when I worked for GS but I don't recall a stand alone version for sale. Then again it's been 7 years since I worked for the Evil Empire and the memories are a little bit hazy.  :P

They are two of the same items, Black and Onyx are synonyms (from consolecolors.com: DS Lite Black - AKA Onyx, AKA Smart Black - first color in EU.) The 2nd one is the one I created, though it wasn't but judging from the numbers it seems my was first? Either way, the 96660 listing have more info including box art, barcode and release date, so I think it's more accurate (though I think Onyx is more "official" term than Black, but that's arguable) than mine so I changed my collection item. Either way, they are up for merge/one of them is up for deletion.
