How is the one with the lower entry number (and in more collections) the dupe? 

I made a post about it here. Unfortunately that's because there sadly never were a clear policy on hardware naming, except for the brief section in Style Guide, especially when it comes to regions. SCPH-39000 number is for a Japanese console, but it was written as such to indicate "SCPH-39000 series", while SCPH-39004 is the exact model for Europe region (SCPH-39001 being the NA, SCPH-39002 being AU, SCPH-39003 being UK SCPH-39004 - EU and so on). It's an older entry, before the detailed regional entries was added, that's probably why it have more people in collection too.

My bad, that seems to be true, because I own the "Classic" version in GOG, I thought all versions were classic, didn't realize that when the license fully transferred over Bethesda cut content.

And while i was checking all Tomb Raider games from the database i found two Tomb Raider Exclusive Edition (one for Xbox 360 and the other for PS3) and i absolutely can't find anything on them so i was wondering if they were real or if they were just Collector's Edition under another title (i've got that idea since the amazon links are for the Collector's Edition and since it have an Exclusive tag on it), anyone know anything about these two ?

At first i thought it was that awesome statue (oh god how did i miss that one ?... oh well i don't have space to put her on display anyway ) but that's only a statue it doesn't come with a game.
