If it ever does split, someone can just go through and fix it.  I'll even do it again.

Okay.  I submitted edits on all three of these and they were approved.  Now they are all different, so changes were approved that someone else submitted.

Each one has a different name.  I wrote it with the "The" at the beginning because of another response you posted where it was "[Game main title]: The [Game subtitle]" instead of "[Game main title]: [Game subtitle], The".  I wrote it as "Amiibo: The Legend of Zelda 30th" because that's how it is written on the box.

The Legend of Zelda 30th
Legend of Zelda 30th,The
Legend of Zelda 30th, The

That looks fine ignition365.

We can agree that we do not need Nintendo on the cards either... but while we still have just the one category, we may find people will complain about the cards being mixed in with the figures when in the browse category view. Just a thought. And I also remember we would be in the same boat if we had put Nintendo in the name of the figures like I originally wondered.  :-X

Flashback: The way cataloging works is that it does not matter what is used as the standard for naming, it is that the chosen standard is used always. Consistency is important. We are making a database of all things, and following the standards we set for ourself to use. As long as we have just the one category for these types of figures, the names need to be the same no matter what we put in there. If we make a section for Amiibo, then we can go and change all the names after the entries are moved. Then I am sure we will get to have a new naming discussion then.

Okey dokey.  I'll start working on the submissions again.

It seems though, folks only submitted the animal crossing cards for Series 1 and they are up to Series 4 now.  *shrug*

It would be nice though if Interactive figures were broken down by Branding (Disney Infinity / Skylanders / Amiibo / LEGO Dimensions / [Interactive General / Other / Interactive Figures / ?]).  I think it's really just the big 4 and a bunch of other small brands like the Pokemon Rumble Gachas, Playmotion, etc that could all be lumped together.

Do statues go under Toys/Novelties? I guess so.

I can't find good front box art, I'll have to take some pictures when I get home.
