Barcode currently listed is 045496744663 which I punched into Amazon and it comes up as this item. My copy in front of me has the barcode 045496904531 which comes up on Amazon as well. I checked the ASIN on both and it's the same. I checked the text on my copy and there isn't any French or Spanish language that I can see on the insert. My copy was purchased brand new and is still in the shrinkwrap. I thought I had maybe clicked on the wrong version (like the Switch or 3DS Shop) but I just double checked and it's 3DS [NA].

I see this pre-production UPC is everywhere including Gamestop, BUT it is not impossible that UPCs change before actual release. It is possible this UPC that is on the entry does exist on something, maybe some exclusive version, or one might have a slipcover, or perhaps it is for a different English version such as the Asia release, or Mexico or something. In any case, the default entry on the site should be the most common. I looked at every one of these on Ebay in the active listings with real photos and pictures of the back and every single one has 045496904531 as the UPC. So that is what the UPC on the entry should be. If we find later on some other one with that other barcode, then we can add it then.

No, and the source of the pictures on Ebay show no markings on it to get a lead. Trying to search on Google is a nightmare.
