I've almost completed my 3ds NFR set, but still need this elusive cart. I don't think even Google knows what it is yet!

Hello did you have any luck finding this NFR? I am also looking for this and have every single one except for this one. I know it was only shown at LEGO stores, so that is why it is so rare. If you or anyone found it, I will pay $200 USD. Please let me know.
I have not found one yet. I have been looking on ebay almost everyday. Information is scarce. The picture was sent to me personally by the owner, and is the only picture I have seen of it.
