Ok, I was able to find most of what I'm looking for but it looks like they do not ship to the US.  What I need is someone who lives in Taiwan and also South Korea to help me purchase and ship them.  If you're interested please let me know!

I can not look it up a place to do it at work but there are forwarding companies that you can buy it, ship it to their shipping address and have them ship it out to you instead. it will increase the cost a bunch but if you can not find anyone to help it may be an option if you can find one.
