What do you do for a living?

I've always been curious what people do for a living around here, so naturally why not create a thread about it!

I'm a registered nurse!

Alongside that job I'm also in graduate school getting my PhD in nursing.

Unfortunately, I'm unemployed at the moment.

I was an employment councelor/specialist for quite a few years, though. Kind of ironic in a way.

I just finished my PhD in Philosophy and now I am engaged in a postdoctoral research program at Nagoya University.
I also teach foreign languages (mainly Portuguese and English) in some language schools and universities.

Civil Engineer for a state agency that doesn't let me use their name on the internet.  But I will tell you that I build Highways and I live in Arkansas.  8)
