The Amazon one seems to be gone/sold out/discontinued but Gamestop is now offering the same thing : https://www.gamestop.com/console-subscriptions/playstation-plus-1-year-membership/84626

I think Best Buy will have it soon as well, I was on their site and they have 39.99 1-year PSN sub's, but they say "Coming soon"
