What's the verdict again on reversible cover art variants from LRG? Are we to describe it like this or just put "default" and "alternative"? I've seen both versions so far.

If you found an item, how would you describe it without looking up what all the versions are?

Default and Alterative/Alternate cannot be used unless those terms are used on the packaging somewhere. If there is no text differences on the item between the two versions, then a physical description should be used, as in the item you posted.

It isn't required. You would only need the [UK] TLD put onto a game in the EU section if there is another English language version in that category that is not for UK. Then you can put UK on the UK one. Currently, there are no other versions of this game in the category, so there is no need to add a differentiator.

Is Red Dead Redemption 2 to receive the same treatment as COD Black Ops 4? The game is officially Red Dead Redemption 2 but is stylized as II on the box.

It is 2 on Gamefaqs and II on Mobygames

For physical releases at least, put the II in the title and the 2 in the alt-name.

For digital releases it can have 2 in the title and II in the alt-name.

My edit was rejected - this item has incorrect box art.  This is the art for the variant that includes the Mammoth Missions (https://vgcollect.com/item/152631).  The box art should not include the little logo on the right hand side, as below.

On a side note, there are way too many variants of the Far Cry games.
