No, that one "already" in the database is an entry you created recently with the same name as an existing entry. 89660 is the original entry and it is correct. The edit was rejected because it was sold in England and Spain. Since you do not provide a back image on 154749, I can't verify what it is that you have. Also I see there is an orange-framed reprint available to which I cannot find a back image of either.

Both of my edits first trying to change the cover to Pegi and then trying to change the rating to [UK] were denied so which one is correct?

1. Cover cannot be changed because it exists. As noted, we do not like to convert entries into other things.
2. There is no general release EU English entry in the DB, therefore the [UK] TLD does not need to be in the title to differentiate it from another entry.

EDIT: change the rating on the entry to match the picture, not the other way around.

I don't believe this game saw a physical release, only in Europe. Either way, the current cover art is incorrect.
