Anyone have any Wii Not For Resale/Demo discs

I'm interested in what revisions these discs have. Could anyone that has any of these discs post pictures/transcriptions of the "RVL-..." code on the back of their discs? That's where the revision (a one digit number) info is.

I've got a few Not For Resale games for the Wii, which don't seem to be insanely uncommon and are in the database:

• https://vgcollect.com/item/107398 -> Guitar Hero Van Halen - They gave these out to folks who bought Guitar Hero 5 early. Copies for the Wii and PS2 seem to be a lot less common than the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions. This was cool because you got the game a few months before it actually came out.
• https://vgcollect.com/item/10949 -> Wii Sports Resort - I think it came with a couple Wii Bundles. Must be super common because I found like three or four at a Pawn Shop.
• https://vgcollect.com/item/10825 -> New Super Mario Bros. Wii - It's a lot less common than the red/white case releases but overall not as neat a release. It also came with certain Wii bundles.

Interesting. Could you get the "RVL..." codes on the back of disc for those?

I have a sealed monster hunter game stop demo for the wii.  It is sealed though so can't take a picture of the disc
