Set mine and my wife's family up.  College funds for the kids.  But first.

Probably the same as this dude:

I don't want to be horny anymore, I just want to be happy

I have a very specific set of things I would do.

1. Pay off mortgage.
2. Give house to whatever family member needs it the most.
3. Buy hundreds or thousands of acres in ID, MT or WY that is available at the base of a mountain range and say good riddance to Texas.
4. Build a modest 100% off-grid house smaller than what we are currently in (~3,000 sqft).
5. Build a bigass garage/barn/workshop.
6. Build a badass outdoor shooting range.
7. Build a badass game/movie room attached to the garage.
8. Build large+tall+deep concrete+Razor wire fence around the property for privacy.
9. Slowly convert bank funds to small cash amounts to store to avoid estate taxes so our daughter cannot get robbed blind by the stupid US government and or socialists in power when we die.  ;)
10. Live quietly, meagerly and free until we die.

*edit*
The great thing is items 1-7 and 10 are in the plans already.  :)  Though number 3 will likely be dozens or a hundred acres instead of the larger amounts.  Being debt free, living meagerly and making a good salary is really helping us accelerate this.
