The title on the UMD says "The Hilton Family." It is also known on the Virtual Heroes site as "Hilton Ultimate Team Play," on the game title screen as "HGI: Ultimate Team Play." This game was made as an employee training simulation for Hilton Garden Inn locations. The game was properly submitted through Sony's TRC Compliance process and is an official release. Allegedly only 500 copies of the UMD were shipped to hotel locations, but 1000 may have been produced. The UMD was sent to Hilton locations along with a PSP system and special memory stick, and the game will not run without that accompanying memory stick that was sent with the game/system. No case, manual, or box art exist for the game. In the training simulation employees can "play" in the role of Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Guest Service, or Engineering. After running through the simulation, the player is scored based on Hilton's own SALT satisfaction scoring in their actual hotels. |
