Ramble on Turf! :D

I would go to a vgcollect.com convention.

Also...

Mutant League Football. HELL YEAH! (there is a slightly higher-res version for PSP as part of the EA Replay collection).

Mutant League Hockey on the other hand is harder than piss to find and if you do it's like $60.

The game eludes me to this day.

Do a Mario Kart-a-thon. Go through every Mario Kart. If you're hardcore enough do the (arguable) pre-cursor, Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally.
Thanks for the idea.
I'll do it.  It'll have to be a series of videos, since I don't edit anything.  I can and will do it.  The DS and 3DS versions will have to wait.  I don't have anyway to get them on the TV.  Also, I don't have a Famicom.

Whaaaaaat? Too good for editing? lol jk
Maybe I'll do the 3D Hot Rally vid for you ;)

VGConvention!

A meet up of some kind would be neat.
VGCollect Con!

I like that VGCON, but it sounds a bit generic. Video Game Convention... we need something more distinctive.

Call it:

VG Colle-Con

Then maybe some pretty Girl Gamers will show up in cosplay! :D

I totally get it. Sonic 1 is one of my favorite side strollers of all time but I pass on the rest. The more they added to it with the sequels the less I liked it.

I know.  I know. I'm supposed to like it. I just don't. I've tried a lot, but if just never did it for me.

I enjoy Sonic, but I always feel like I am missing a lot of the level since you are running so fast through everything.  Love the music though, especially in the second area.  I'll take Super Mario World on SNES over Sonic any day though.
Also on a side note if that Super Hydlide is complete I know some weird guy who actually enjoys Hydlide who could buy it from you.

I guess I'm on a boat all on my own lol. I love the Sonic games on the Genesis and they are still some of my favorite games of all time.  :)

I definitely appreciate Sega for all that they did (do) but I really felt that their 16bit games lacked polish in some areas.

I think I'm finally starting to get an idea of the direction I want to go with these videos. This could be the last of these gameplay style videos I do for a minute.

Here for your viewing enjoyment.... POWERBLADE!

My wife and I made a trip to DFW for RETROPALOOZA 2014.  Last night we sat down and tried to recall everything that happened on this whirlwind of a weekend.  Kick your shoes off, this is kind of a long one, but it is chock-full of convention goodness.
