It's a new year and I have enough to show off what I picked up this year.
I went a little crazy on Super Famicom games and I picked up what I would say is the rarest US game console in my collection.

First I stopped into Hallmark and they had 75% off their ornaments and I picked up the Nintendo ones.

As always I had to pick up the latest Amiibo's.

I was at my local used game store and while talking to the nice people there, a guy was selling his PS4 system. They told him they couldn't take the controller due to a small crack in the handle. The guy looks at me and asks if I had a PS4? I said yes and he gave it to me. It works great just a small flaw in the handle.

I found this strange racing game for a cheap price online.

This first game is really weird, and funny thing it plays in english. You play a camera man sneaking backstage to a concert.

I'm missing only 3 games for a complete 5200 collection. I've been hunting for this game for some time now.
I saw a open bid go up for a CIB and the starting bid was the price a loose cart sells for. I was the only bidder.

My local used game store got in an Intellivision and a stack of games, they where all commons except one.
And it was one I needed.
- Tower of Doom

And last my best find for 2020 so far (gonna be hard to top this one) I saw this on Ebay and they had a make an offer.
I sent an offer and thought "no way this is going to be excepted" to my shock he did. 
- Entex Adventure Vision
It came with two games.
- Defender
- Space Force
This is probably the rarest game console released in the USA. It works great. It had an odd way of playing games by using LED lights against a Spinning Mirror. I've always wanted this system and always thought it was way to expensive. I'm not saying I got it for pennies on the dollar but it was more then half what this could go for. This system has been on the top of my most wanted game consoles for years and I finally got one. He said he had the other two games and the box and would offer them to me if he found them. I'm not holding my breath, but I do hope he finds them.

Xbox One collection is growing at an alarming rate. XB1 stuff can be had so cheap right now, especially for new copies. Best Buy messed up and gave me Sea of Thieves Anniversary for $25. Fallout 4 $8? Sure, why not?

Warpath on the PS1 is a game I need to repurchase at some point. It's not a great game, but a fighting game with Dinosaurs is never a bad thing.

I got 10 box protectors for Sega Genesis boxes, to see if I can use them on the cardboard box games. If I like it, I will probably get 30 more.

There was a great swapmeet in Portland last weekend and I got some amazing pickups! I also was able to sell quite a bit locally so I basically broke even!



Some awesome Sega pickups- No Saturn but lots of dreamcast and genesis





My find of the day- $15!  This one was extra nice because otherwise this vendor was way overpriced- caught 'em slippin!



The Monkey Island box was rough, but for the price it was well worth it



Who says you can't find games cheap at Swaps and Expos- just got to get there early!





One of the vendors was giving away skylanders and other figures- my brother and I took the two derpiest ones



My other favorite find of the day- a glossy jaguar shirt in my size! New sleep shirt!

Have purchased another game for the Nintendo Switch, guess that the collection needed Super Smash Bros: Ultimate so managed to get a new copy of this game at Mercado Libre for only $ 45 bucks, less expensive than at eBay but being honest still prefer the 3DS version of this game, speaking of this console also purchased but this time at eBay my copy of Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology for only $ 21.10 Dollars as well purchased another five Amiibo Cards of Animal Crossing, got now at my collection Sprinkle, Shep, Mitzy, Tangy and Whitney, didn't knew that these last two were rare cause got the for a very good price, at Mexico the sellers are asking some crazy ammounts between the 15 to 25 bucks for them

Went to a huge collectors meetup today and went a little nuts. It was crazy what some people brought with them, and luckily I came prepared with enough money and a hefty tradebox to get all this stuff.

i had a CIB Saturn years ago, but stupidly traded it for a CDX that the Sega CD drive ended up crapping out on in under 6-months of buying it. Looked into fixing it and it was more than I was willing to spend so I sold it as is. Meanwhile the guy I traded it to for got a pretty minty CIB Saturn. It's nice to have one again!
