I own a Sega Mega Play arcade motherboard.

It’s basically a Sega Genesis with 4 custom cartridge slots. The cart size and number of pins is the same but they changed the pin order around to prevent normal cartridges from working.

Don't own any of the games?

I own,
Golden Axe 2
Sonic 2
Tennis

I am working on understanding the cartridge pin out differences so I can make an adapter for regular genesis carts.

The rarest game I own is this underrated PS1 gem called Tail Concerto. It’s a game that goes for quite a bit.

Mr Boston for the Vectrex
Minestorm 2 for the vectrex
Bounty Bob brand new for the Atari 5200
Atari 5200 Store Kiosk
IMagic 2600 Store Kiosk

Probably my most rare pieces due to the fact that very few are even known to exist in the world.

It’s not that rare.
There’s way more out than the stuff you listed.

How many topics like these or similar to it are spread about around here...?  =\

Anyway, the only game I can think of out of the top of my head is Blood Will Tell for PS2. Got it for less than $15.

I know your every move behind this face; I have control over expendable slaves.
When confrontation comes down to the wire, I'll use my cyclotrode to commence the fire.
You're never gonna get me!

The only game i know for sure that it's extremely rare that very few people have is the sealed portuguese version of Hellnight (PS1 game).

This version is similar to the english one but also has portuguese stickers in the back of the jewel case and a black and white portuguese manual together with the english one.
The seal is not the official one because back in the day "Ecofilmes", the company responsible for putting portuguese stickers and manuals inside the games had to open the Factory seal and, doing so, they would reseal it without the official Playstation seal.
