So do we have any thoughts about when we will stream our opening? Curious who is interested un joining too!

I had to go dig to see what the plan was, we could set up a VGC Discord server, have everyone jump into a video/voice channel, and screen capture with OBS and stream to twitch/youtube/etc.  Discord does 25 concurrent users for video chats iirc.  Would be pretty easy to set up.

I should be good as well, depending on work. Don’t we have a Facebook message group with most of us in it still from last year?

Some of us (me, Kash, Turf, Tpugmire and Dashv) are tentatively planning on streaming our opening on Dec. 16th at 9PM EST. Some of us are still waiting on our gifts to arrive or have work schedules to figure out so we may push things back.

How does that sound for folks that were on last year or for new people who would like to participate this year?

All gifts wrapped, knick-knacks included, and the obligatory can of chili increasing the cost of shipping are all crammed into the box and ready to ship. Stopping at the post office in the morning after work to send it on its way. With any luck it'll be in my recipient's hands by the end of this week.
