Author Topic: If you were marrying Kratos. Would you opt for a prenuptial agreement?  (Read 553 times)

He is the primary provider and also fathered Atreus solo. The courts may also take into account that he climbed Mt Olympus barefoot and slayed hades. Which makes his work ethic higher than yours. Courts will side with him in matters of child welfare. He most likely will take your home either judicially like adults. Or by force.   Prenup protects this.

However.

If you sign a prenup. You can't push to aquire his 3 headed dragon, his axe that uses powers of greek gods coursing through pulsing blue energy pockets to always return when thrown through demi god immortal skull and of course his ragnorokian armor plates made of endangered pelts of arctic beasts he slayed years prior. Which he may or may not retain depending on if you decide to blackmail him with a domestic violence angle. As he has attacked maybe 50,000 people before. Judges side with this.  (Please note Kratos never layed a hand on you. He was a dignified gentlemen) f you play the long game. And photograph instances when atreus was in danger. Which isnt hard to do. And dont sign a prenup. Kratos may face his most dreaded boss yet.  Divorce court litigator.  But thats what we call in the private sector. "Mud ball" and babe ruth never did play that way.

Courts will grant you a permenent restraining order if he does decide to get boisterous. And will consider him a flight risk.

Id sign the nup. I dont know the man so close as yall do.

Prenups protect riches prior to the two of you being married. if you where more poor than Kratos you basicly gain nothing by going for the prenup route. I don't think the average guy has close to the riches and high end connections that kratos eventually gets. your way better off not signing anything.

Protection for what? prenups basicly means you get what was signed up for at the start of marriage. which is either nothing or just a little as following the contract (If kratos was feeling mercifull which ain't happening). cause it ain't going to be close to 50/50 it's meant to keep assets seperately in how both people came in.

If I where Kratos I'd defo want a prenup, don't want to waste resources on lowly vermin. and in the rare scenario that you where richer I'd just force said spouse to forget about a prenup or kill em otherwise cause life just be that way ::)

At the end of the day though, Kratos being the primary provider basicly guarantees kratos to be richer/ higher value than you so it's basicly just keeping you poor or being at the mercy of Kratos by obeying said man to sign said prenup as a good little sub should  ;D Once the guy pumps and dumps you, you're in for a rough ride. Poverty awaits by signing that prenup :o It sure is a good thing you've protected Kratos's wallet, made stuff allot easier for the guy.
