That Odyssey is amazing!  Have you tried it out yet?

Yup, it works perfectly! My only problem is that the overlays (even the smaller ones) are too big for my SDTV, so I kinda have to squish them in there. I might have to upgrade from my Samsung GX if I intend on using this :P

That said, all the games on this are multiplayer, so there's not much I can do but look at it right now... and be happy that I have it! :P
It's pretty awesome to have.

That was worth the wait! Great pickup and congrats on passing 1000.

Awesome get on both the Panic Restaurant and the Odyssey, guys!

While not nearly as amazing, I did finally find a copy of Pokemon Conquest today, after a week of searching locally. Found it at Walmart and every where else is sold out, so ya I'm pretty pumped about it.

@jcalder8 - I noticed you picked up Shadowrun.  I thought that game was awesome back in the day.  Is it still a good time?

Seems I have a knack for missing great deals recently, with the Battletoads arcade cabinet that I was fifteen minutes away from getting yesterday, and now this great deal... This guy had a bunch of consoles with games, and he was asking either for a Vita or 250$...

Must be retribution for getting a good deal off that Odyssey :P

Just look at the haul I missed due to the guy just selling it off before seeing if I wanted it (even though I was the first person to contact him)... and yes the consoles are included as well as the games: (I underscored some of the "highlights")

Huh - I didn't even know that it *was* a beat-em-up...it was marked as an "Action-RPG".

I just loaded it up again to double check. I guess it could be considered an Action RPG, since it has a bunch of cutscenes and some puzzles to it. But the main gameplay still seems pretty beat 'em up to me. Even GameFAQs has it listed as an Action RPG, so I guess that's what we'll go with.

Yeah - I guess it's pretty much one of those "6 of one/half a dozen of the other" sort of games because after scanning a few reviews for it...I've seen it called both an ARPG & a Beat-em-Up - more than once :P

Just got back from a 11 day church retreat up in the Santa Cruz area and was able to hit the Capitola flea market, didn't find too much that wasn't way overpriced.
1. Fear Effect Strategy Guide - $.25
2. Playstation Controller - $.50 Little dirty but should clean up good
3. Super Puzzle Fighter II - $1
4. Keys of the Kingdom - $5 picked this one up at church retreat bookstore seems to be a Bible adventure Game.

Now Playing: Lollipop Chainsaw

50 cents for that Playstation joystick I would have been all over 100x.
