Ha thanks to those compilations, is the only reason I own all of the original and x series. They are pretty good and (I think) you can turn on slow down so it feels like you're playing it on the original hardware. The only classic MM game I own is 2 on NES, which I just recently repurchased, and I have X, X7, X8 and X Command Mission as my only X games.
Though I think my favorite Mega Man "series" to date has to be Zero.
Mega Man ZX and Advent are pretty good too.
