Passed up Serenity for $3.99 on DVD at Goodwill. It even had the collector's edition case with the foil-enhanced artwork. I've been kicking myself ever since. I hope it's still there when I go back.

That's a quality movie!

My Mexican DVD collection grew by four over the week:

Being Michael Madsen
Genética mortal (The Code of Life)
The Human Shield
Futuresport

All for five pesos each - about $1.80 USD total.

I thought I posted about it, but apparently not.

About a week ago, I hit up an old mom and pop used record store. It was awesome and like walking into High Fidelity, only a lot less organized.

I walked out with 4 Doors albums in vinyl:

The Soft Parade
Other Voices
13
Alive, She Cried

All of them are in really good shape and have minimal shelf wear / ring wear.

Also, I just found a really nice copy of Full Circle on Saturday. The cover's color is crisp, has no punch outs, cut outs and only a little ding in the bottom right corner.

went garage selling.. found a good garage sale they  only wanted $150 for their garage... J/K.... However I did find something that still blows my socks away. "The Hobbit" VHS  for 25 cents... Great Condition as well... I almost couldn't keep a straight face when he said "50 cents no wait for you 25 cents" I was overly happy :)

The kickstarter backed, Guilds of Cadwallon board game came today. We ended up doing a bunch of running around tonight though, so we didn't get a chance to play it. I also ordered up the latest expansion packs for Super Dungeon Explore too!

I've been trying to find Black Lagoon on blu-ray at a good price.  I missed out on it when Amazon had it on sale recently for $26 and I'm kicking myself for letting it go.

That sounds awesome. I'm trying to resist building a vinyl collection, and just sticking with my Doors LPs. ha

Vinyl is a horribly addictive beast, but well-worth it. Better sound, and maybe because of the higher prices, I find myself being more selective about what I pick up. I've got roughly 200-300 assorted LPs, 12"s, 10"s, and 7"s, but almost all of it is good... well, if you like experimental noise/industrial and electronic stuff :P
