My current project
« on: February 27, 2013, 07:46:40 pm »
I bought a blue bean bag about a month ago from the Goodwill with the thought in mind that its going to be partially used to sit on but its also going to get 2 eyes and a mouth sewn on it and its going to be a large slime plush :) Well, today I went and got the material and cut it all out. Its already looking cool but now I have the torture of lots of hand sewing. Ill post a few pics when its done.

Sounds awesome. You're just a regular Betsy Ross, aren't you?

Ah, yeah, hand sewing is a pain.  But it adds a nice character that you just can't get from machine sewing.

Some really generic fabric. Only cost me like $4 and I got too much of the stuff as it is.

Here's a pic of the pieces fitted on there. :) I got lucky with making the mouth as I had to hand draw it.
