Well, seems no one knows this off-hand. So lets try and break this down a little more.
Wherever this is taking place, it looks damn hot. There's aluminum foil on the windows, which is usually for reflecting the sunlight to reduce heat. And it looks like the dude is sweating, A LOT. So maybe the film takes place in a desert?
There's also what appears to be an empty whiskey or vodka bottle on the nightstand. So he's probably drunk, too?
Can the poster confirm these questions for me? Is anything like that ringing any bells for anyone?
