Suggestion: Priority-based image display

It's no secret that loose games are far more common then boxed ones. I have a ton of games that have no image in the DB, but cartridge/disc only, and I'm sure many other users are in the same boat. I could scan them, but they wouldn't show up while searching. So my basic idea was a system that displays the cartridge/disc image if no box art is available. I am no programmer so I really have no idea where this ranges from easy to impossible. If possible it would make the DB a lot prettier.

I brought this up a few months ago, see "Pictures being displayed." Hopefully, we can get this implemented. Either way, thanks for keeping the idea relevant!

Not to mention some games don't even come with front cover artwork (pack-ins such as Super Mario / Duck Hunt, games packaged as CD only, etc.) Or download-only games like indie PC stuff.

We need this.

I agree. I've liked the idea since @andrew suggested it. Not sure how matt would have to code it, but it'd definitely be a nice touch.
