Merry Christmas. I had a long exhausting day. If you've never had a Christmas with a 4 year old, you have no idea the amount of energy they have when presents are involved. I was up until 3 a.m. Then, The Boy got up at 8, ready to go. It's been nonstop of unwrapping, opening, putting together, and playing. Rinse and Repeat. I'm beat. I finally got him to sit still and watch a movie. I just want to go to bed.

I got to sleep in this morning. Having lazy teenagers is great sometimes. I'm exhausted from working 13-14 hour days for the past 3 weeks. Being a FedEx driver is no fun this time of year. I have to go in early tomorrow morning and Friday to help dig us out of the mountains of undelivered freight we have that we just couldn't get to. We got most of the residential stuff done, but lots of commercial stuff got left behind. Hopefully by Saturday, we will be caught up.

Merry Christmas to all if you. I'm going to show all my loot, so feel free to scroll down.
My wife coordinated with about everyone that gets me a gift. I ended up with too much stuff. Now, keep on mind a lot of this is The Boy's, so it not all mine.
I did get my white whale given to me: Snow Bros. It's finally mine.

My wife got this custom job off of a Faceworld yard sale site.

I had a fantastic Christmas with a very loving family, and I made out like a bandit. I seriously don't know what I did to make the in-laws so happy, but I got almost $200 cash from them! I was floored! So a 3DS is definitely in my future!

We had a pretty relaxing, lowkey Xmas. Not an excessive amount of gifts, and only my mom, my aunt, and myself, but good food, and a nice respite from the day-to-day. Plus, I'm on vacation all week... albeit unpaid :/

I got:
- Beyond: Two Souls on PS3
- The Hobbit: Extended Edition Blu-ray
- Elektrolux Ecorapido vacuum
- Tons of Gold Toe socks
- Renters Insurance (seriously!)
- Huge pack of Soniccare toothbrush heads
- Doc Martens 1914 boots

Lots of very practical stuff, but I think my Mom has realized that I'll happily spend hundreds on new video games and records before I drop even 20 bucks on stuff like socks :p
Those of you who are under 30, enjoy it while you can because eventually, you too will be excited to receive a new vacuum, lol

Speaking of which, I gifted myself some records:
- Ladytron "Gravity the Seducer" LP
- Phantogram "Eyelid Movies" LP
- Phantogram "Nightlife" LP
- Portishead "Third" 2xLP

Hah!

Haha, the renters insurance is some nice peace of mind!  I got some after I bought my first bike and realized that it will come in handy in case anything tragic ever happens to my videogame collection...
Currently playing:
FFXIV (PC), The Witcher (PC), Monster Hunter World: Iceborne (PS4)

Yeah, it's one of those things I reallllly should've taken care of a couple years ago when I moved, and my ex and I always had it, but guhh... responsible adult stuff argh blargh.

I realized how important it is somewhere over this last year though; our upstairs neighbor left his dishwasher running while he was out, spilling water through the ceiling fan in our place... and all over one of my synths. It still works, but has exhibited some weird behavior ever since, and the knobs on it (which were kind of rubberized) feel a bit sticky and weirdly malleable :/
