PSP Battery

Could anyone recommend an inexpensive battery that will work with the PSP 3000 system. All I can seem to find is either crappy third party batteries with horrible reviews or the extended Sony battery which is half the price of a brand new PSP.

Hey Justin,

I gotta tell ya... I bought one of those cheapo 3rd party batteries off ebay for under $5.00, and the thing works great. Even official sony batteries will die one day too, and when it comes to PSP batteries.. start ballooning... until one day you notice your battery cover popped off :)

honestly, the 3rd party ones are just fine.  Just order from a seller in the US.

The higher the mAh (milliamp hours) the longer the battery should last. You have to be careful with a lot of those cheap Chinese batteries sold online because they tend to outright lie about their capacity by up to as much as 3-4x over.
