Everyone knows about Skylanders, right? Theres those little figurines that you buy-- uh, well, I was wondering if they should be part of our collections or not. If so, what category would they be under when you submit them?

Should they? As far as I know, they're accessories, since they unlock characters in your game. That's what the kiosk said, anyway.

They do unlock things, but buying extra isn't necessarily required.

I'll make pages for them as accessories since that seems more reasonable

One problem you'll encounter is that they are for all platforms. There is another post saying hardware will be overhauled so that each platform has their own section. That's a good idea, but then you either have to choose one platform for Skylanders or put the same item/UPC under a bunch of different platforms. I'm sure there is other hardware that will be multi-platform too though so it's not only Skylanders.

I have a bunch of lightguns that work on a Saturn and PS1... then there's "universal" RF / AV cables to consider.

Sounds like we probably should have a universal accessory category...

Once we get the hardware sections all cleaned up I'll add that.
