What should I name it Crash Bandicoot (Side Shot Cover)?

Its talked about here the only place I could find it.

I would call it "Crash Bandicoot (White Cover)" - it's easier to identify it in a search via its color than a description. If you can add a front cover scan of it, and a description to identify what makes it different, that will help too.

Edit: Well it's definitely not a The Best for Family release - it uses the old cover with a modified Universal logo; and the PSOne Books version is also different.
