Anyone been to japan before?

I'm a seaman (ETO) and I was in Japan ten times or more. I also visited South Korea many times. They are very nice countries.

Has anyone here taken Japanese lessons, maybe online or through a program? I was considering looking for physical classes, but being in Florida, there isn't a lot of demand for that and can't seem to find any classes lol

Nope never been out of the country ever, although I have seen and pointed at Canada from Detroit. But one day I do want to go to Japan, and see how far back I can trace that side of my family.

I'm doing this but haven't been keeping up with it.  I've been using WaniKani and Textfugu.  They're both paid services but offer trial runs to see if you like the format before investing any money.
