The description in http://vgcollect.com/item/18203 is saying its released on PSP and Vita, not PS3. So atleast 2 are correct.

Yes I have confusion about the PSN categories to begin with. For example, I have only a PS3 and I can buy Vita and PSP games with it on its market, even though I have neither of those systems.
