Hmm... Well the game is definitely not playable on PS3, so surely at least that one shouldn't be there I think?

All PSP games are playable on Vita (digitally that is), but that doesn't make it a Vita game... in my opinion anyways. But yes, I can see why it's hard to make a decision on this matter. :/

That is correct of course. They are still PSP games. Like digital PS1 games that can also be played on the PSP, but they still are PS1 games, for instance.
