Gamefaqs' scan is of the CERO D variant?  I would say that there are two different versions, but I'm not 100%: it could be a fake image.

A Cero D release would mean the game came out 2006 or later. It could have been one of those thing where a game was rated but not released. We won't know until we can find a picture of one.

This is a head scratcher. Both images are for the 2008 release (UPC 014633191042), but this game was reissued in 2011 (UPC 014633197013) with different artwork (see ebay & amazon).
