The PEGI-3 one doesn't appear to be correct. It could be one of those cases where a country's release gets a different PEGI rating, such as some games in Portugal get a PEGI-4.

I put the picture from 28525 onto 46169. Both games you put are in different categories. I think that 28525 has the wrong front artwork if it is a digital game, it should not have the physical package artwork. But I do not know how this shows up on PSN. It needs that image. If no one knows, we can remove the front image.

But it was not only the pegi 3, the whole picture was distorted, or stretched.

Some errors in Wii section: Battle Rage http://vgcollect.com/item/69226 does not exist as PAL title and Earache: Extreme Metal Racing http://vgcollect.com/item/43924 does not exist at all. Also the Wii U title Hello Kitty Kruisers http://vgcollect.com/item/70178 should be added to PAL section.

Hello Kitty, this has a US release, not changing category. If there is a version of this for Wii U [EU] and it isn't in the db already, you can create the entry.

Deleted. No physical game has been announced, so it shouldn't be in the db as an un-released game.
