Blue is spelled B-L-U-E. That is part that has to do with proper English.

I feel like your arguing with me just to argue. I mean this isn't a hard concept to follow at all. Blue is mispelled in the branding, therefore a lot of people mistakenly spell it Blue-Ray, because that's how the word would be spelled in proper English.
