Due to the holiday weekend and rain there wasn't much for garage sales. I still managed to find a cool NES find and some rare PS2 games.
First the store/online pick ups...
A couple skylanders figures on a clearance table for $2 each.
XBone- Homefront: The Revolution - Collector's Edition
PS4Valkyria Chronicles Remastered
Stopped at a used bookstore in town and found some cheap games I didn't have. These where all $2 each.
Wii- My Horse & Me
PS2- Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey
PS12002 FIFA World Cup
NGAGE- Tiger Woods PGA Golf 2004
Stopped at a local used game store I frequent and they got in a bunch of PS2 and GC games. I saw two I've been hunting forever for and they where asking way less then anyone online asks for so I had to get them.
GC - Phantasy Star Online III: C.A.R.D. Revolution
PS2- Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja 4
- Romancing Saga
- Growlancer: Heritage of War
- .Hack//G.U. vol.1: Rebirth
- .Hack//G.U. vol.3: Redemption
Now for the garage sales...
Found some Skylanders figues for $1 each.
WiiFirst sale I hit had a bunch of Wii games. All scraps but I got these 3 I was missing for $3.
- Zumba Fitness
- Winter Sports 3
- Family Party Fitness Fun
At another sale I find a random scrap Wii game.
- Dance Dance Revolution Hottest Party (with dance pad) $3
And again another at a different sale.
- Cocot Magic Circus
PS2/PS1Stopped at a sale that advertised a PS2. I got there kinda late and see nothing but a couple PS3 games I had no interest in. I ask the lady about the PS2 thinking it sold and she said "Oh my god, I forgot all about it" and runs inside. lol
She brings out a fat PS2 and a bunch of PS2/PS1 games. Unfortunately it was mostly sport and racing games. But there was a few that was worth buying at $1 a piece.
PS2 - Atari Anthology
- Namco Museum
- Pac-Man World Rally
PS1- Activision Classic Games
- Midway Arcade's Greatest Hits Vol. 2
Next I found a sale with a bunch of Skylanders complete in the boxes. Most I had or didn't want. but there was one worth $15.
They also had a few Wii U and 3DS games and I was able to get 3 of them for $10.
WiiU- Lego Marvel Super Heroes
3DS- Skylanders: Superchargers Starter Pack (had everything it comes with only missing the plastic insert that holds it together.)
- Lego Marvel Super Heros
- Lego City Undercover
Next I hit a sale and ask about games, the man says he has some Wii games. He goes to retrieve them and I talk to his wife saying how much I prefer the classics and she tells me he has a Nintendo but he still plays it. I tell her if she thinks he'll sell any he didn't play and she goes in to ask him. He comes out with three Wii games and three NES games. I look at the Wii and its all crap in bad shape. I pass but the NES games I ask what he wanted and at first he says $10 but I get him to accept $6 for these three.
NES- Magic Johnson's Fast Break
- Tom & Jerry
- Monster Party
And at a random sale I ask about games and the wife says no, but her son says I have some PS4 games. I tell him I'll take a look and its pretty much what I expect. Sport games and a Call of Duty. He wants $10 a piece but I get him down to $5 and take them. (I probably should have passed of the sport games, but oh well.)
PS4- MLB the Show 14
- MLB the Show 15
- NHL 15
- Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare
As I was about to leave the father asks if I would be interested in a Nintendo. I course I say yes and he takes me in his house and shows me a NES Control Deck complete in box. He first asks $50 but I get him to take $40.
Then he asks if I'd be interested in an arcade cabinet. I Take I look and see the Super Off-Road arcade machine I posted about earlier and he wanted $400. But again due to space and I would rather have other arcades take it I passed.
While not the best week for sales, I still found a few nice finds.
