Anyways, Vita recommendations. Here are some suggestions only available on the Vita:

Ys: Memories of Celceta
Muramasa Rebirth. I know that this is a port of the Wii version, but it's been polished and the added DLC quests are a blast.
Tales of Hearts R
Sorcery Saga

These are available on other consoles, but they're super fun:

I believe XSeed got the rights to localize it a while back; there hasn't been any official announcement yet to the public. They might also do the PS4 version as well once that gets released.
And probably Ys Origins as well, which everyone should play ( except on Nightmare mode).

Unfortunately not a lot of exclusives these days for Vita as the good ones are getting ported to PS4 (ex. Danganronpa, Tearaway). Or it launched with PS4 or 3DS options already.

I personally really enjoyed Freedom Wars and look forward to playing the Legend of Heroes games.
