Search and adding new titles

Currently, when we search for a game. If it's not in the database, we just get  a "no results found page". Could this possibly be changed to something along the lines of saying there are no results, but also asking if we would like to add it to the database?

Also, if I add a new hardware listing... how long does it take to be verified and added to the drop down list? Until it's there, software for that category can't be added.

Games that begin with "The" break the search. Because we list games with "The" after the rest of the titles. So either we have to go back to listing games with the how they are normally written, or we figure out a way to ignore "the". ha
