In Europe it retained the original Japanese title of Puzzle Bobble, but not in North America. If you have the game with "Puzzle Bobble" not written in Japanese, you have a European cart.

True, that's probably the most often faked MVS game, along with SVC Chaos. I just meant for genuine carts that if it has an original label saying "PUZZLE BOBBLE" that it can't be a NA version. If it's real but has a fake label, then it's basically impossible to tell where it came from.
