Who would you put your 10 bucks on if they were to get into a unfriendly altercation? Evil Dark Lord Sith, Darth Sidious? Or the bald narcissistic evil wizard that tormented the entire harry potter franchise for years. Both are extremely evil and both are extremely powerful.
I think i choose Darth Sidious, Voldermort can cast Expeliaramus on Darth Sidious's light saber but he can easily regenerate a new one using the force like Obi Wan Kenobe did. One has a wand and the other has the force. The force is a powerful attribute in his favor imo.
